One Control
TORNADO Fx TORNADO Drive Brass
$729.99Reference price
An overdrive from TORNADO Fx, the brand line supervised by TK, with sound design by BJF. It was completed through prototype use in live shows and was part of the pedalboard on the DEAD IS ALIVE TOUR 2022. Housed in machined brass, it offers two trim pots for fine-tuning to the acoustics of each venue. It articulates complex chords clearly even at high gain and delivers long sustain.
A stage-ready overdrive refined under TK's supervision and BJF's design
The first release from TORNADO Fx, the brand line fully supervised by TK. BJF handled the sound design and One Control the production, and the pedal was completed through years of prototype use and acoustic feedback at TK's live shows. It was also part of the pedalboard on the DEAD IS ALIVE TOUR 2022.
Two trim pots for dialing in the venue
2K fine-tunes the region around the midrange, while High Treble adjusts the top-end edge and overall balance. They are equipment for adapting to the differing acoustics of each venue and studio, and the enclosure is machined from brass.
Clear articulation even at high gain
It combines a thick, dense, three-dimensional tone with delicate expressiveness, articulating complex chords clearly and holding long sustain even at high gain. Designer Bjorn Juhl notes that beyond distorting a clean tone, it also suits pushing an already-driven amp further into overdrive.
