The central BUMP switch boosts the low end through the low mids, helping the guitar cut through the ensemble. The 100Hz knob boosts or cuts the lows, and the combination lets you build the thickness underneath the drive to suit your guitar and amp.
Drive across the whole gain range
It covers everything from light, vintage-like grit with GAIN rolled back to drive sounds like an amp turned all the way up. Roll back GAIN and raise OUTPUT and it also functions as a clean booster.
