Maxon

OD808 Overdrive

$199Reference price

An overdrive with the natural, mild breakup of a tube amp pushed to full volume. Introduced in 1979, it is Maxon's signature pedal, known as the circuit that became the basis for the Ibanez TS808 Tube Screamer. It is characterized by thick low end and excellent note clarity, conveying subtle picking nuances even at full drive. It also works as a booster, adding thick drive while preserving the amp's character.
