BOSS's 200 series is a family of pedals that pairs pedalboard-friendly compact housings with 32-bit floating-point internal processing. As the series' drive specialist, the OD-200 combines accumulated know-how with a hybrid circuit.

A hybrid analog-digital circuit provides 12 distinct modes to switch between. From overdrive to distortion, mode selection is the starting point of tone creation.
Shaping with EQ, booster, and gate
The 3-band EQ and the booster, switchable between pre and post positions, refine the texture and push of the drive. The built-in gate supports modern tone shaping such as tight, sharply articulated riffs.
Memories and external control
Settings can be saved to memories and recalled instantly. Version 1.1 expanded user memories to 127, and recall is supported from external footswitches, an expression pedal, or MIDI program changes.
