A guitar multi-effects processor pairing more than triple the processing power of its predecessor with a five-inch touchscreen and an amp-panel-style dedicated section. It keeps stompbox-style hands-on control while integrating amp modeling, an IR loader, a looper, and an audio interface in one unit.
Amp modeling and IR loader
22 amp models - 16 classics plus six ZOOM originals - pair with 22 matching cabinet models. 70 IRs captured at three mic positions come preinstalled, and up to 130 third-party IRs can be loaded, building a deep cabinet library for line-out use.
135 effects, nine plus one at once
135 effects include two newly developed distortions and three new modulations, with up to nine effects plus one amp model running simultaneously. Original algorithms include Razor Drive, which distorts per-band through a comb filter, and SwellVibe, which delays pitch modulation until after the pick attack. 240 patch memories are available.
Touchscreen and three play modes
Sound editing and setup work through drag, swipe, and touch gestures. Three modes reassign the screen and footswitches to the task at hand: Play by PATCH MEMORY for stepping through patches live, Play by EFFECT BOARD for viewing the whole chain, and Play by BANK for setlist-ordered patch layouts.
Looper and connectivity
A looper records up to five stereo minutes, synced with 68 built-in rhythm patterns. Two send/return loops integrate external pedals and support the four-cable method, alongside MIDI I/O, a 4-in/4-out USB audio interface, and a USB memory port for loading IRs. Additional effects arrive via Guitar Lab.
