PCH X2
$299Reference price
A stereo active DI and line isolator configured like two PCH X1s in a single enclosure. Audio performance and operating characteristics are nearly identical to the X1, and it can run as independent left and right DIs or as a stereo DI. A SUM switch combines both inputs into the left output, and a polarity-invert switch on the left XLR lets you move between mono and stereo settings without rewiring.
A stereo active DI bundling two X1s
A two-channel model with two each of 1/4-inch inputs, THRU, and XLR outputs. Powered by 48V phantom power, it converts stereo pedalboards, modelers, and keyboards straight to balanced outputs.
Independent transformer isolation per channel
Each channel has its own custom transformer and ground lift, providing true galvanic isolation. A 3-position high-pass filter selectable between 80Hz and 240Hz is also on board.
Polarity invert and summing
A phase switch inverts the polarity of the left XLR output. The SUM switch combines both inputs and sends them to the left THRU and left XLR, so you can switch between mono and stereo use without redoing the wiring.
Flexible splits
Each channel has an unbuffered THRU output that sends the input signal on a separate path to a monitor or instrument amp. The 3mm-thick extruded aluminum enclosure stands up to handling in the field.
