Jack placement that makes use of the board's corners
On pedalboards with raised edges, the plugs of gear placed near the edge tend to hit the rim and waste space. With its jacks on the side and top, this unit can sit flush in a corner of the board without damaging cables, letting you use the board's area to the fullest.
Mono, stereo, and MIDI I/O
Jacks 1 and 2 are mono I/O, while 3 and 4 are stereo-capable and can connect an amp's effects loop, a second amp, footswitches, or expression pedals. A Y cable lets one jack carry two mono lines, and jacks 3 and 4 have their grounds lifted. MIDI in and out are also provided, so with the wiring prepared in advance, you only need to plug cables in from above.
Fewer problems on stage
Because the I/O positions can be consolidated without changing the layout inside the board, wiring for each stage setup is easier and cable tangles are prevented. The design is fully passive and requires no power.
