Top-mounted jacks and board placement
With the jacks on the top face, the unit sits flush against the corner of a board with raised edges without straining cables or wasting board space. Consolidating input and output in one spot makes cable runs on stage easier to plan and helps prevent tangles.
A BJF Buffer for input or output duty
The built-in BJF Buffer was designed to hold gain at exactly unity while keeping noise down. It works as an input buffer to counter signal changes from downstream contacts and cable length, or deliberately as an output buffer. In PASSIVE mode with the buffer off, it operates without power.
POLARITY/REVERSE for phase alignment
With the buffer engaged, the POLARITY/REVERSE switch inverts the phase. It restores phase flipped by a piece of gear or aligns your signal with other parts. Simply play in the ensemble and pick whichever side cuts through better.
