A 2-loop switcher in the Minimal Series, which condenses essential functions into tiny enclosures. With a switchable BJF Buffer and two DC Outs, it powers the pedals in its loops while working as either a true bypass or buffered bypass unit.
Ways to use the two loops
Group several pedals in one loop for one-press switching, or true-bypass older pedals that color the signal when off. Running the SEND to a tuner turns it into a mute switch with tuner out; running it to another amp turns it into an amp selector.
The BJF Buffer at the input
Because a buffer works best the earlier it sits in the chain, it is placed at the input. Designed to BJF's criteria of exactly unity gain, unchanged tone, and low noise, it naturally stabilizes the overall sound when engaged. With the buffer off, the unit operates without power.
