MXR
FLANGER
$199.99Reference price
An analog flanger used by Eddie Van Halen and many other guitarists. It ranges from the spacey effect known as the jet sound to warm modulation from its analog circuit. The four controls — MANUAL, WIDTH, SPEED, and REGEN — adjust delay time, modulation depth and speed, and feedback amount. Beyond guitar, it also works with bass, electric piano, and synthesizer.
The analog flanger that became synonymous with the jet sound
The MXR flanger used by Eddie Van Halen and many other guitarists. It produces modulation with the texture that only an analog circuit delivers.
Shaping the sweep with four controls
MANUAL changes the delay time to move the range where flanging occurs, WIDTH sets the depth, and SPEED sets the rate. REGEN adjusts the feedback amount; the higher it goes, the more pronounced the flanging.
From jet to warm
It covers everything from the spacey effect known as the jet sound to warm modulation from its analog circuit. Beyond guitar, it can also be used with bass, electric piano, and synthesizer.
