DD25
A drive pedal that recreates the recording technique Billie Joe Armstrong used on Green Day's Dookie, combining a cranked-gain amp with a midrange-focused amp. A BLEND knob mixes the two sounds, and a SCOOP switch cuts the mids. This is a limited-design version of the DD25, originally released in a limited run in 2019, with the unicorn from the Father of All… album cover printed on the enclosure.
A limited-design edition recreating Dookie's two-amp recording
The guitar sound on Green Day's Dookie was recorded by combining a cranked-gain amp with a midrange-focused amp. This pedal recreates that technique and is a limited-design version of the DD25, which was released in a limited run in 2019.
Blending two amp sounds
A BLEND knob mixes the high-gain and crunch amp sounds, letting you recreate the balance that changed from track to track on the album. A SCOOP switch offers mid-cut voicings as well.
A design featuring the Father of All… unicorn
The unicorn from the Father of All… album cover is printed on the aluminum enclosure. Gain and volume for the crunch circuit can be adjusted independently.
