Maxon
DB10 Dual Booster
$159Reference price
A dual booster housing two boosters with different characters in a single compact enclosure. A clean boost that leaves the guitar and amp character untouched and a vintage boost with a natural high-end roll-off and soft saturation are each controlled by an independent footswitch. Each channel has its own input and output, allowing other effects to be inserted between them, with up to about 20dB of gain on tap.
A dual booster with two independently controlled voices
A pedal that unifies two booster channels in one compact body, a configuration Maxon had not offered before. It focuses on pushing tube amps harder.
Clean boost and vintage boost
The clean boost pushes the guitar to the front of the ensemble without changing its character. The vintage boost has a natural high-end roll-off, adding strength with soft, unforced saturation. Each has its own level knob.
Routing via independent I/O
The two boosters have independent inputs, outputs, and footswitches. Other effects such as an OD808 or OD9 can be inserted between the channels, expanding the possibilities through connection order.
- Two booster channels: clean and vintage
- Up to about 20dB of gain
- Independent I/O and footswitch per channel
