Maritozzo Bass EQ
A five-band graphic equalizer with its bands chosen for bass. Each band boosts or cuts by up to 18dB, centered on 62.5Hz, 125Hz, 500Hz, 1kHz and 4kHz. Level duties are split between LEVEL and MASTER, keeping tone shaping and final volume matching independent of each other.

Bands chosen for bass
Each band offers 18dB of boost and cut, centered on 62.5Hz, 125Hz, 500Hz, 1kHz and 4kHz. The center frequencies sit lower than on the guitar version. The faders have a center detent, so they return to center without checking the scale.
LEVEL and MASTER kept apart
LEVEL sets the output of the EQ section built with the faders, while MASTER sets the final volume. The full 18dB of each band can go toward tone shaping without worrying about the level jump when the pedal is switched on.
