An amp/IR cabinet processor packed with preamps ranging from recreations of classic tube amps to originals built on MDP technology. It houses more than 150 cabinet IRs by BOSS and Celestion Digital, with room to add up to 128 external IR files. Up to 128 created sounds can be stored. It also supports integration with stereo pedals and simultaneous output to an amp, PA, DAW, and headphones.
An amp/cabinet processor with two custom DSPs handling IRs
A pedal-sized processor that pairs a rich set of preamps with more than 150 built-in cabinet IRs. With 32-bit AD/DA, 32-bit floating-point processing, and a 96kHz sampling rate, it can output simultaneously to a stage amp, PA, DAW, and headphones.
High-resolution IR processing
Two custom DSPs preserve the character of IR data, supporting not only common 24-bit linear/96kHz files but also 32-bit floating-point/96kHz files and stereo IRs up to 500ms. Built-in IRs comprise 144 BOSS originals and 10 from Celestion Digital, and external IR data can be added: up to 64 stereo or 128 mono.
Preamps and editing features
It carries eight guitar and three bass preamp types, each adjusted individually with GAIN and three-band knobs. Two EQs each for memory and global use, selectable between parametric and graphic, are provided, and three ambience types, Room, Studio, and Hall, can be added. The amp section can also be bypassed, so the IR section alone can be used with your own preamp or load box.
Expandability at the heart of a system
The SEND/RETURN loop can run serial or parallel and sit before or after the cabinet IR to bring in stereo effects. It supports control via external footswitches, an expression pedal, and TRS MIDI, and routing settings allow sending different sounds to a stage amp and the PA.
Recording support
It functions as a USB audio interface for DAW recording and live streaming. On Mac and Windows it also supports reamping, letting you adjust the sound on the pedalboard side while playing back recorded performance data.
