A1X FOUR
$149.99Reference price
The A1 FOUR acoustic multi-effects processor with an added expression pedal. Eight pedal effects control volume, wah, pitch, delay, and more while playing. Its 90 effects include algorithms newly developed per instrument, covering saxophone, violin, and harmonica alongside acoustic guitar. Fifteen Acoustic Remodeling presets restore body resonance, the MAA-1 mic adapter is included, and a 30-second looper is built in.
An acoustic-instrument multi with a built-in expression pedal
It shares the A1 FOUR's per-instrument effect design and adds an expression pedal with eight pedal effects, bringing real-time control while playing to acoustic guitar, winds, violin, and harmonica alike.
Expression pedal and eight pedal effects
Volume, wah, pitch, delay, and more respond to the pedal while playing. Including the pedal effects, 90 effects are on board - eight more than the A1 FOUR.
Effects designed per instrument
A wah that follows a saxophonist's breath, a violin-specific distortion that preserves bowing attack, and a harmonica-voiced chorus exemplify effects newly developed for each instrument's acoustics, with 7-band EQ and compression likewise tuned per instrument.
Remodeling and mic adapter
Fifteen AG MODELs capture guitar-specific acoustics via IR to restore body resonance. The included MAA-1 mic adapter supports dynamic and condenser mics, extending effects to pickup-less instruments through a clip-on mic.
Looper, rhythms, and live features
The 30-second looper syncs with the built-in rhythms and can sit ahead of the effects for shaping sounds over a playing loop. 68 rhythm patterns include cajon, MEMORY mode offers preselect, an anti-feedback effect tames howling, and four AA batteries power about 18 hours.
