LX Tuner with BJF BUFFER
$234.99Reference price
A pedal tuner with a built-in BJF Buffer. The buffer has an on/off switch, allowing both true bypass and buffered bypass operation. Designed to the requirements of exactly unity gain and no change to the tone, the BJF Buffer lets one unit handle both tuning and protection against signal loss at the front of a board.
A high-accuracy pedal tuner with a built-in BJF Buffer
A tuner should not change the sound, yet a buffer in a tuner placed at the front of a board brings real benefits. This design reconciles the two by building in a buffer that does not alter the tone, with an on/off switch for the buffer itself that also allows true bypass operation.
Switchable BJF Buffer
The built-in BJF Buffer was designed to the requirements of exactly unity gain, low noise, and no change to the tone. It prevents signal loss from cables and connectors, and can simply be switched off when combined with vintage-style effects that should not see a buffer.
Tuner section from the KORG Pitchblack Custom
The tuner section uses the KORG Pitchblack Custom, with a highly visible 3D visual meter and four display modes: two regular modes, strobe, and half-strobe. Strobe mode enables high-accuracy tuning to ±0.1 cent, and the reference pitch can be set from A4 = 436 to 445Hz in 1Hz steps.
