A space-saving switcher that fits five loops into about 41mm of depth
Part of the Tail Loop series, built on the idea that a switcher must not take up board space, this model carries five loops. It expands the number of pedals it can handle while keeping the compact footprint and light weight that make it easy to add to an existing board.
Five loops in a small footprint
The chassis, about 41mm deep, places every jack low so cables never drape over pedals. Footswitches are spaced 52mm apart to prevent missteps, and the weight stays at about 450g. Several pedals can share one loop for one-press group switching.
Power distribution and tuner out
DC outputs branching from the power inlet supply 9V DC to five pedals and a tuner. The tuner out keeps the tuner independent of the signal chain, and the TUNER switch doubles as a mute switch when no tuner is connected.
True bypass and the BJF Buffer
All switches are true bypass, so the unit can also true-bypass vintage pedals whose sound changes when bypassed. The input carries a switchable BJF Buffer designed to hold gain at exactly unity, stabilizing the signal without altering the tone.
