A bass DI preamp with two modes, CLEAN and DISTORTION. Distortion mode delivers a drive sound mixed with the original signal, and a noise gate suppresses hiss during silence. A three-band EQ shared by both modes is on board, and with phantom power and ground lift support it can also serve as a DI box connected directly to a PA console.

Two channels: CLEAN and DISTORTION
The CLEAN channel sets tonal character and level with VOLUME and COLOR. The DISTORTION channel delivers a focused drive sound mixed with the original signal, keeping the low-end foundation intact even when driven.
Noise gate and shared EQ
On the DISTORTION channel a noise gate can be engaged, and adjusting the TRIGGER knob cuts off hiss during silence. The BASS/MID/TREBLE three-band EQ is shared by both channels and handles basic tone correction.
Working as a DI box
With phantom power and ground lift support, it can be used as a DI box connected directly to a PA console. It suits venues and studios where no amp is used.
